ALL my cakes are hand made

 And sponge cake is best eaten fresh, so I only make sponge cakes 24-36 hour's in advance,

  BUT I need your order a good two weeks in advance so that I can plan the cake design.

Hand made sugar decorations such as flowers can take several weeks to make so once again give ME PLENTY OF NOTICE!!

I have been making wedding and celebration cakes for longer than I care to remember in fact the first wedding cake I made was my own back in 1973. After bringing up my family I turned my hobby into a business and "Jennifer's Cakes " was established in 1987

Originaly based first in Yate and later in Frampton Cotterell I moved with my husband to Pembroke in West Wales where I opened my shop, working with my husband we built up a very substantial business baking and decorating up to 600 birthday cakes and 30-40 wedding cakes every year. We moved back to the West County in July 2006 to be closer to our children who have now become parents of their own.
